A graduate of Grove City College and a trained paralegal through The Institute for Paralegal Training, Pam has done it all — from searching titles early in her career, to becoming a paralegal, to independently closing settlements and managing title companies across the Philadelphia suburbs.

Pam has averaged 40 closings per month throughout her career — a volume that demands precision, organization, and an ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems. She takes genuine pride in making every closing smooth and every client feel taken care of.
